At Friday's merit assembly the results of the Doodle Maths Summer Challenge were announced and prizes awarded to the Top Doodlers.
30 children took part in the challenge earning an incredible 10260 stars during the summer holidays. The presentation was kicked off with a video sent in by Tom Minor, the co-founder of Doodle Maths, who congratulated the children and reported that 5 Ashford Hill pupils were on the weekly UK leader board.
All children taking part in the challenge received certificates and prizes/sweets kindly donated by EZ education the makers of Doodle Maths.
Following the huge success of the Summer Challenge Sue Yockney announced the launch of a weekly competition with a winner in each class.
